Description
ZUBA+ Trinidad brings together the ZUBA 24, 25 and 26 towers on a single site on Tte. 1º Silverio Molinas, at the corner of Carlos Antonio López, in the Trinidad area of Asunción. There are 486 apartments in towers of 13, 16 and 18 floors: 28 m² studios, 32 m² Junior one-bedrooms, 38 m² Estándar one-bedrooms with a balcony and 55 m² two-bedrooms. ZUBA 23, the first phase of the complex, has no units left for sale.
All three towers are under construction, with staggered handovers: ZUBA 24 in December 2027, ZUBA 25 in June 2028 and ZUBA 26 in December 2028. Every unit has home automation, and the shared areas include a rooftop pool and sun deck, coworking, barbecue areas and a laundry. As of 28/09/2026, 133 units were available.
